Mr. Rex Banggawan envisions the establishment of a strategic, affordable, and high-quality National Review University dedicated to supporting Filipino students in their preparation for entrance and licensure examinations. Since its establishment in 2020, REO Philippines has contributed to 63.30% of total CPALE passers over the past five years. He aspires to transform every review program into a pathway—not only for passing board examinations but also for producing topnotchers across various disciplines.
